1. Who we are

RouleGENIUS 2030 ("RG2030", "we") is operated by RouleGENIUS, Dartmouth Rd., London, United Kingdom. For any question about your data write to support@roulegenius.com. This policy covers the website beonegenius.com, the RG2030 dashboard and the RG2030 Bridge browser addon.

2. What we collect

  • Account: your email address and password, the date you registered, the dates and IP addresses of your sign-ins, and the devices your addon is used on (a technical fingerprint of the browser, never a MAC address).
  • Play minutes and payments: the minutes you bought, received as a bonus or used, and your account level.
  • Roulette data: the roulette profiles you set up in the addon (which elements of the casino page are the history, the bet spots and the chips), the numbers collected from the tables you play, and the record of the bets the software suggested or placed for you, with their results.
  • Screenshots of the casino page: see section 3.
  • Settings: your strategy, win rate and bet-system choices. Some display preferences are kept only in your own browser.

We do not collect your casino login, your casino balance or any payment card data.

3. Screenshots taken by the addon

When you confirm Step 2 (History) or Step 3 (Bet Grid) of a roulette profile in the addon, the addon takes a picture of the visible casino tab only — never your whole screen, other tabs or other programs. Below the picture it adds a strip with your account email, the date and time and the website's domain. Together with it we store the name of the profile, the size of the browser window and what the addon panel showed at that moment (which step, what was mapped).

We use these pictures to check that the addon detected the table correctly, to help you when something does not work, and to improve the automatic detection of roulette tables. The picture may show what the casino page shows, for example your casino username or balance. Screenshots are stored on our own server, are visible only to our staff, are not sold or shared and are not sent to any third-party service. We keep at most the last 5 per roulette profile; older ones are deleted automatically. You can ask us to delete them, or to stop taking them, at any time by writing to support@roulegenius.com.

4. Why we use your data

  • To provide the service you signed up for: your account, the dashboard, the addon, statistics, predictions and Autobet (performance of the contract).
  • To keep accounts secure and prevent abuse, such as one account used by several people or free minutes farmed with many accounts (our legitimate interest).
  • To improve the service, including the screenshots described above (our legitimate interest, which you accept when you create your account and can object to at any time).
  • To send you the emails the service needs: confirming your address and resetting your password.

5. Who else handles it

Our hosting provider stores the data on our behalf, and the confirmation and password-reset emails are delivered through our email provider (Resend). They process the data only to provide those services to us. We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.

6. How long we keep it

Account data is kept while your account exists. Screenshots are limited to the last 5 per profile. Sign-in records are kept for security for a limited period. When you ask us to close your account we delete your data, except what we must keep by law (for example accounting records of payments).

7. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to receive a copy of it, to restrict or object to its use, and you can complain to your data protection authority. Write to support@roulegenius.com; we answer within one month.

8. Cookies and browser storage

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to protect the forms. The dashboard remembers a few display preferences (such as the statistics window and the wheel type) in your own browser. We use no advertising or tracking cookies.

9. Responsible play

RG2030 is an analysis tool for adults (18+, or the legal age where you live). Roulette is a game of chance: no software can guarantee a win. Play only with money you can afford to lose, and use the stop-loss and session limits.

10. Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will ask you to read and accept it again the next time you sign in.
